Contact Free Collections Update

With the recent lifting of lockdown restrictions over the summer, we have moved to allow contact free collections to take place from our warehouse.
A new option has been added online to collect from our warehouse contact free. Once your order is received, our team will place the items in a box ready for collection, these will be left in a safe place at the front of our warehouse for your arrival.
Please email sales@360pac.com or contact us via livechat referencing your order number to specify your time of arrival. This will help us stagger collections to ensure everyone can safely social distance and collect from us.
Upon arrival, please ring our outside door bell and visit our main warehouse door to be seen by a member of staff. Please provide either your name or the order number and our team will be able to place the box in a convenient place for your collection.

As per current government guidelines, please ensure you wear a face covering when attending our premises, this is in line with the current guidelines and the best interested to protect both our customers and members of staff.
